I first named this blog NAFTA Watch, because I thought I was writing mainly about NAFTA and the possibility of a North American Union. Unfortunately, this trail of information really leads to the UN and overall plans for globalization. Let me give you a quick (maybe) outline of the trail that has led me to see this.
I started looking up information in the US on the NAFTA Super Highway
I found individual blogs by congressmen that mention the NAFTA Super highway
I found a link to the SPP (Security and Prosperity Partnership) and looked up a tiny disclaimer in the fact/fiction part of the site and saw a tiny mention that the SPP was not involved in a project like a Superhighway, but it doesn't mean any other private entities were not planning something akin to it.
I wondered who these private entities were and how they could build a road in the US outside of the Federal Highway System and without using tax payer money.
I looked up information about the Federal Highway system.
I found out the Federal Highways have been privatized. President Bush Sr. was a part of this privatization. Any private entity, including another country- can build a highway without our knowledge our permission and evidently without much in the way of the appearance of government control.
Then I naturally wondered who was paying for a major highway that stretches from somewhere in Mexico all the way up through a large part of Canada.
So, during my trail seeking, I followed a link to the Canadian Government's Transportation web-site. This was most illuminating. It was probably the biggest break yet.
Canada is very open about a number of things. The primary thing is their desire to join in and participate in world globalization.
Part of the way Canada is doing this is a infrastructure project called the Asia Pacific Gateway.
Okay, Asia Pacific- must be a way of trading with China or something. . .right? Well, kind of.
I assumed it involved a a new port or something and some new highway in their country to facilitate trade with Asia.
So I looked at the map- just out of curiosity.
The map shows the exact location of what we call the NAFTA Superhighway. Wait a minute! What???!!
What does that have to do with Asia? I thought this was about Mexico, Canada and the US.
I decided to go to the Mexican Government transportation web-site.
I can read a little Spanish so I began to look around.
I found the entrance point in Mexico for the beginning of the superhighway.
Incidentally, the existence of an international plan to build superhighway is no longer a 'what if'. In my mind at this point, it is very much real. As it should be to you IF you do your homework.
Anyhow. . .Somewhere I found the name of the Port in Meico at the base of this superhighway. It is called 'Ensenada International'
I wonder who owns 'Ensenada International?'
I look for ownership information and I find a company by the name of Hutchingson Co.
Sound nice and American or maybe Canadian, right?
So I google it and I find it is owned by the CHINESE!
Evidently it is easier and cheaper for China to import their goods to North America through Mexico than through the West Coast of the USA.
That's not even the bad news, yet.
I went back to the Ensinada International site and start browsing. I kept following a trail by the tip of my nose really, I was running out of understandable Spanish words. . .
When I was at my very last stretch there was a virtually blank white page with the link to something called T21.
I followed the link because I thought it might possibly be significant. Unfortunately, this site was way beyond my knowledge of Spanish so I googled it.
T21 sounds for Threshold 21.
Threshold 21 looked to me to be some sort of business model- you know like when a company brings in a consultant to share a new direction- more like an ideological change for a company? I have extremely little experience with that sort of thing.
Well, Threshold 21 is one of the models designed by what I might call a consulting company by the name of the Millennium Institute.
I googled the Millennium Institute and found it to be a group of what I would consider to be a bunch of extreme left-wing tree huggers. They are, among other things a bunch of scientists who's sole aim in life SEEMS to be the betterment of the planet. But that doesn't exactly explain what T21 is yet.
This is where my understanding gets a bit shaky as to exactly what are the specific properties of T21 but I'll do my best to explain- forgive me if I don't get all the specifics right. . .remember, I'm a nobody.
As best as I can see it, the Millennium Institute is something like a consulting firm that writes business models for countries. A majority of the nations of the world has a T21 business model- including the US. There are other models several other countries use, but you get the gist of it. As far as I can see it involves a plan for humanitarian and environmental goals, etc. . .and how to reach them.
Okay, AS I googled it, I say some kind of involvement with the UN. Evidently, the Millennium Institute is a major player when it comes to UN politics etc. . .
As I read through pages of UN documents (several denying a governmental World Globalization Agenda though I found plenty of evidence to the contrary) I found out that if a country wants to join t he UN, they must conform to one of the business models.
This is where I learned about the African Union.
Bet you didn't know there has been an African Union for several years- the foundational aspects back into the 60's, did ya?
From what I could tell from reading several AU Documents, they seemed to have formed the AU to gain entrance into the workings and benefits of the UN, but also as a protection against it.
The UN has all these "humanitarian" goals. I put that in quotations because I don't believe they have the poor of the world at heart. It sounds all nice and mushy, but there is an under currant of a grab for some serious power and control here.
For example, the UN offers many third-world countries debt forgiveness. But is comes with a few catches. One is the country must join the UN. Another is that the country must adopt the philosophies and conform to their "business" model- OR ELSE!
Oh yes, the one thing I forgot to mention. Guess where the Millennium Institute resides?
Right here in the US - in Arlington Virginia. Kinda gives you the creeps doesn't it.
I know that was long and very complicated but I needed you to get the wider picture. The push for the a North American Union seems kind of small now, huh? It seems virtually unavoidable. It seems to me that the governments of the world are being joined into larger Unions. Those Unions are going to be overseen by others with a worldwide agenda.
I have not made mention of this, but the trends we are seeing at work are foretold in the scriptures.
We cannot avoid it, but we had better be aware of it.
Do not panic,
instead give yourself to the One who has all things -the whole earth- under His foot. Trust Him with the future. The Lord God, through His Son, Jesus is really your only hope for peace and security. He has given Himself up for you. Accept His sacrifice for your life and have peace with God.
Do not Fear those who can kill the body, but fear Him who can take both body and soul and throw it into hell. Give Him your life. He is waiting for you.
So, someday, if I disappear you know where I went.
In His Grip,
Dawn

Decide for Yourself
Greetings!
It sure has been a very long time since my last entry. I haven't had a lot of time to think about these issues, but I feel I had better continue to explain.
First off, let me tell you the frustration I have at trying to communicate this message clearly. I am not a master communicator at any length of imagination- I have a VERY active imagination and I can't see it. But try to bear with me.
Truly, the best thing to do is to follow my links at the side of this page. None of this information is classified. It is all readily available on the web. It takes considerable effort to follow the tracks, but- If I can do it, so can you.
Truth be told, it is a lot easier to get a grasp of this by checking the National Transportation and government websites of other countries. They are a lot more forthcoming in other places. In America, if they came out and laid out the plans for globalization there would be an uprising. Information leaks and there is denial. That is enough for some, but not for me, and not for the countless others who have done their homework on this.
Try to keep an open mind. This sounds really far out and I bet you're thinking I'm nuts. I wish I am. I have followed the trail of some very disturbing information and I have barely scraped the surface. If I didn't see it for myself, I wouldn't believe me either. I have resolved NOT to use information that is second hand knowledge and conjecture. My links are- for the most part- original documents written by government agencies, etc. . .
So take a look and decide for yourself.
Thanks

African Union
In 2003 the Africa Union was officially enacted though in 2002 they has their first Assembly of the Union during the Durban Summit. It is composed of every 'state' in the African Continent. The process began in the 1960's. African leaders came together to fight colonialism and apartheid. They formed an early version of the AU called the OAU. In 1999, plans were drawn up to change the OAU to an organization that would protect African solidarity, conform to the United Nations Millenium Prodget MDG's, and to take their rightful place in the global economy.
Look how closely some of the speeches by AU leaders line up with the UN's Millennium Project's World Summit Documents.
Here is a link to a good example:
His Excellency Joaquim Alberto Chissano
President of the Republic of Mozambique
Chairman of the African Union
on the
Occasion of the 25th of May, African Unity Day
Link to all African Union speeches and documents
I also want you to notice another speech. It is located in the above link under "Other Speeches".
The African Union – “Our Common Home.”This is a lecture delivered by Desmond T. Orjiako, Spokesperson and Ag. Head of Communication and Information of the African Union Commission and guest lecturer at the Northeastern University, Boston in connection with the commemoration of the founding anniversary of the African -Amarican Studies Department of Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts (March 24, 2005 )
I have to admire the Africans. They are doing what they can to better themselves and taking advantage of the debt forgiveness program that is part of the Millennium Project direction. They have a strong pride and determination and they are tryinig to protect their economy and sovereignty.
As you read more AU literature, you will see that it is clear to them that the efforts of the United Nations and the Millennium Institute is world globalization. The UN claims only to be supporting the economies of poorer nations and developing a mutually beneficial 'committments' for a better and more peaceful world. But, like the rest of the world, the Africans are forced into joining this partnership and committment to following the UN Charter so their people can gain better lives. But, I fear we will all see the UN administering force by way of sanctions and who knows what else if participating 'states' (never mentioned as sovereign nations in UN documents) do not comply with regulations. Though they claim to uphold national sovereignty, I see a lot of evidence to the contrary.
So, is Africa out of the frying pan and into the fire? Only God knows, though I do suspect it may be true.
